Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy explains the manufacturer warranty coverage on products sold by MenaHub. Please read it together with our Terms of Sale and Consumer Rights page.

1. Warranty Coverage

All products carry the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty period varies by product category:

Category Standard Warranty
Major appliances (AC, refrigerator, washer) 12 months
Small appliances 6 - 12 months
Electronics & smartphones 12 months
Accessories 3 - 6 months

The exact warranty period is listed on each product page and on the warranty card included with the product.

2. What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Component failures under normal household use
  • Free repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of the unit at MenaHub's discretion

3. What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or unauthorized modification
  • Damage caused by power surges, voltage spikes, or improper installation
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that does not affect function
  • Consumable parts (filters, batteries, light bulbs)
  • Damage caused by transit if the customer arranged their own pickup or delivery
  • Products on which the serial number has been altered or removed

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  2. Share your order number, the product name, and a short description or photo/video of the issue
  3. Our team will arrange inspection or repair with the manufacturer's authorized service centre

5. Service Turnaround

Most warranty claims are resolved within 7 - 14 working days from the date the product is received at the service centre. Larger items or imported parts may take longer; we will keep you updated throughout.

6. Out-of-Warranty Repair

Once the manufacturer warranty period expires, paid repair service is available through our partner service centres. Get a free quote by contacting support.
