Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping at menahub.com. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our full policy below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund: You have 10 days from the date you receive your item to request a full refund for items purchased at full price.

  • Store Credit or Exchange: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a store credit or an exchange.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings for pierced ears).

  • Swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits if the hygiene seal or protective liner is removed.

  • Any item marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or "As-Is."

  • Gift cards.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Our Team First: Do not ship the item back to us without authorization. Email our customer service team at [insert your customer service email] within the eligible timeframe.

  2. Provide Details: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return/exchange, and the reason for the return.

  3. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).

  • Recommendation: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Inspection & Processing

Once we receive your return:

  1. Our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions.

  2. We will notify you via email about the status of your refund or exchange.

  3. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days. The timing may depend on your bank or payment provider.

  4. For exchanges, we will reserve the new item for you once the return is approved and ship it as soon as possible.

6. Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale may only be eligible for store credit, issued as a digital gift card or store credit code.

  • Non-Refundable Costs: The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@menahub.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping costs to replace the item or issue a full refund. Please provide photos of the product and packaging in your email.
