These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase you make from MenaHub through the Website or App. By placing an order you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Warranty Policy, and Consumer Rights page.
1. Order Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy the listed product at the listed price. We accept your offer when we send the order confirmation by email or push notification. Until then, we may decline the order at our discretion (for example, if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or the delivery address is outside our service area).
2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and include applicable VAT where relevant. Shipping fees are shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
3. Payment Methods
- Online card - Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay (powered by Tap Payments)
- Buy Now Pay Later - Tabby and Tamara, eligibility shown at checkout
- Cash on Delivery (COD) - available within Qatar for orders below the COD limit shown at checkout
4. Delivery
Delivery times and shipping fees are listed in full on the Shipping Policy. We deliver within Qatar only.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel an order at no charge before it has been dispatched. After dispatch, the return policy in section 6 applies.
6. Returns & Refunds
- You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (innerwear, opened personal-care items, perishable goods) are marked on the product page.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 - 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

7. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to display product images, specs, and prices accurately. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to manufacturer batches and your device's display.
8. Manufacturer Warranty
Products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty. Coverage details are on our Warranty Policy page.
9. Force Majeure
MenaHub is not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, customs delays, courier disruptions, or government action.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
