This page summarises your rights as a consumer when shopping on MenaHub, in line with the consumer protection laws of the State of Qatar (Law No. 8 of 2008 and subsequent amendments). It sits alongside our Terms of Sale and Warranty Policy.
1. Your Right to Clear Information
Before purchase, you are entitled to clear and accurate information about:
- The product (name, brand, key specifications, country of origin)
- The total price including VAT and delivery
- The seller (MenaHub Innovations Trading W.L.L., Qatar)
- Estimated delivery time and any conditions
- Your right to return, exchange, or claim warranty
2. Your Right to a Working Product
Every product you receive must:
- Match the description and images on the product page
- Be free from manufacturing defects under normal use
- Carry the manufacturer's standard warranty
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
3. Your Right to Return
You may return most products within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging and unused condition, for a refund or exchange. Full details on the Terms of Sale page.
4. Your Right to a Refund
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 - 14 working days of the return being received and inspected. We will keep you updated by SMS / WhatsApp at each step.
5. Your Right to Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@menahub.com.
6. Your Right to Be Heard
If you have a complaint, raise it with us first - we resolve most issues within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied, you can escalate to the Consumer Protection Department, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Qatar via the official Ministry website.
7. Counterfeit & Safety
We only stock genuine, authorised products. If you ever suspect a counterfeit or unsafe item, report it immediately to support@menahub.com; we will investigate, refund you in full, and remove the listing.
