To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

You must initiate your return request within 10 days of receiving your order for a full refund to your original payment method, or within 30 days for store credit.
The following items are final sale and cannot be refunded:
Pierced jewelry (e.g., earrings for pierced ears).
Swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits if the hygiene seal is broken or removed.
Items marked as "Final Sale," "Clearance," or on deep discount.
Gift cards.
