Immersive center-channel sound from Klipsch I've always found that movies are more engaging when you feel like you're right in the middle of the action. It takes a good speaker system to put you front-and-center in a scene, and Klipsch's Reference line is up to the task. The new Reference R-30C is a low-profile, high-performance center channel speaker built to deliver detailed on-screen sound effects and clear dialogue. Next-generation drivers Each of the R-30C's 3-1/2" woofers uses spun-copper TCP (thermoformed crystalline polymer) for its cone material. Klipsch chose this material because of its smooth response and transparency. The woofer also uses some trickle-down technology from the company's more expensive Reference Premiere line. It has a similar cone shape and uses additional ribbing for extra rigidity, which reduces distortion at higher frequencies. The hallmark 90-°x 90-° Tractrix® horn features an upgrade too. Klipsch widened its opening for more high-frequency directivity. That means the 1" LTS (Linear Travel Suspension) tweeter inside the horn has a wider "sweet spot" and delivers more detail inside that sweet spot.
-- 1" LTS (Linear Travel Suspension) aluminum diaphragm tweeter with Tractrix® horn
-- Four 3-1/2" spun-copper TCP (thermoformed crystalline polymer) woofers
-- Frequency response: 78-21,000 Hz (-± 3dB)

-- Impedance: 8 ohms
-- Bass reflex design with two forward-firing ports
-- Magnetic grille protects drivers and looks stylish
