The Tiger Brake Hand Winch is equipped with a unique quiet brake design that is virtually silent and fully automatic. Ideal for locations where quiet is required. This model is protected using a unique formulation providing long-term reliability and superior corrosion resistance. Protecting the equipment in the most severe conditions. The coating provides excellent friction protection and has been proven to be effective through at least 1000 hours of the ASTM B 11 7 Salt Spray Test. The coating provides the benefits of stainless steel without the costs.

Noiseless 1200lb model: This model is equipped with a patented quiet brake design that is virtually silent and fully automatic.

Dual-Handle Option: The BHW range can be modified with a new style pinion shaft that allows the handle to be fitted on either or both sides of the winch; this has been designed for areas with difficult access or situations when the conventional right-handed winch handle isn-TMt suitable.

For BHW winches with a dual handled pinion shaft, the BHW-0800 (363kg) and BHW-1200 (545kg) models are supplied with two handles, as the fittings for each side are not the same. The BHW-1800 (816kg) and BHW-2600 (1180kg) models come with one handle that fits on either side. If a handle is required to be fitted on both sides of either the 816kg or 1180kg models, please ask us for more details. The dual handle pinion shaft for the noiseless version (BHW-1200N) is not generally available from stock but may be available as an option -" please contact us if this is your preferred design.
