This compact, versatile gas barbecue weighs less than 4 kg and comes with at least three different cooking surfaces; a burner with potstand, a BBQ grid and a lid/dome ( the lid/dome can also be used as a pot).
The BBQ grid is provided with CADAC GreenGrill coating; a ceramic coating for healthier and cleaner cooking. Thanks to the integrated heat spreader under the BBQ grid, the heat is well distributed over the entire cooking surface.
The removable fat pan catches cooking residues, but at the same time protects the Safari Chef's burner from wind to prevent the burner from blowing out. You can easily clean all the surfaces with soapy water.
The Safari Chef is available as a low pressure unit (LP) and as a high pressure unit (HP). This HP version works directly on an EN417 gas cartridge. You simply screw the cartridge under the device, and then you can start to grill right away! The LP version works with a hose and pressure regulator on a refillable gas bottle or with a CADAC Power Pak. Note: gas bottle, pressure regulator and / or Power Pak are not included.
The Safari Chef is easy to take with you thanks to the foldable legs and convenient carrying bag. This is an ideal BBQ for use at the campsite, on the balcony or in the park!
