Streaming audio via Bluetooth from your smartphone or tablet, or use the dual antennas and Wi-Fi support to access audio on your home network or via streaming services, such as Spotify, Tidal, Amazon Music HD, or via Apple devices using AirPlay 2.

Hi-Res Audio
Whether you stream music wirelessly or play from a connected USB drive, the AVR-X1800H supports Hi-Res Audio-quality files for the best possible listening experience. It supports Hi-Res Audio at 192 kHz/24-bit ALAC, FLAC, and WAV files as well as 2.8/5.6 MHz DSD files.

HDMI with ARC/eARC
A total of six HDMI inputs and two outputs are provided to connect your TV, set top box, streaming media device, Blu-ray player, gaming console, and more. Three of them can handle 8K60 resolution and support for ARC/eARC technology, letting you pass TV audio through the receiver with a single HDMI cable.

Speaker and Bluetooth Playback

Guided Setup and Custom Calibration
Use the Denon Setup Assistant for guided step-by-step setup of the receiver. An Audyssey measuring microphone is included to measure the acoustics in your room, and use Audyssey's MultEQ room correction technology to custom-calibrate settings to match you space. Further adjustments are possible using the Audyssey MultEQ Editor app on your iOS or Android phone or tablet.

Multi-Zone Audio
Even without HEOS, you can setup a two-source/two-zone audio experience. With a pair of optional speakers in a second room, you can still use the AVR-X1800H to produce a 5.1-channel surround experience in the main room, while listening to another audio source in a second room.
